I was saddened to read what bosisalex had to say about the dogs in Portugal. We did not visit the Algarve so I have no knowledge of how things are there. I can only hope things improve for the dogs of that area. All the dogs I saw and took photos of looked well cared for and loved. There are several street people I have photos of with their dogs. In those relationships the people seemed to care more for their dog's comfort than their own.

You are trying to show a decent life of dogs in Portugal, but the reality is totally different. They're chained, abounded and left on the streets as strays. Makes me always sick if I see them on the streets, especially in the Algarve. They get aggressive because of their treatment.
