did a little research and found out they are now owned by Belden Wire and Cable, who bought them from a private holding company, Glad to see they are owned in the USA again.

That's a Grass Valley product, although it may be a Thompson product originally. I made good money selling Grass Valley when I was a working stiff, and never understood why Tektronics sold them. at one time they were the best TV production products on the market, why they failed I would love to know.
