A Sandy Story

The following photos are some scenes from around the area where we live.
When I see the devastation Sandy caused on the South Shore of Long Island I know how lucky we were here on the North Shore.
While we were without power for a week at least we had a home to stay in.
The fire in the fireplace kept us warm and none of our loved ones were harmed.
Thank you all for your good wishes at my last post before the arrival of Sandy.
