The rose and the headstone

We've been out searching for the headstone that a rose has been named after. The rose was
found near the stone and no-one recognised or knew the rose, so it was named (& registered)
for the nearest head-stone. Its an old tea rose and I have it growing in my garden.
We needed a photo of the grave-site for a book, hence I can only show a
tiny bit of the whole picture.

Lyn went on a seach for the headstone & took shots a few years back, Von.
I lost my Octavius Weld a couple of years back. It never gave me all that I knew it could do...it obviously prefers the dry weather. Roger will be happy with this shot I'm sure. V

Lovely story about that rose, and an intriguing image to accompany it.
