you don't have to redraw yourself in a studio to make a publicity photo about jewellery, this is still a shot on the street.
And I believe after seeing here day after day immense flex boards with beautiful ladies, the real vast market of the middle age settled women, able to afford such jewellery at 24 karats is not that in need to be reminded that once they had the beauty of youth too that even didn't require any jewellery at all !
A strong tradition here in Tamil Nadu, certain on the countryside Avaniya Puram, a woman without jewellery doesn't dare to go on the street, feeling herself poor-naked without. The majority of their savings still goes in to gold, a vast market where lucky foreign companies still have no impact on, nobody wants only 18 karat here.
The earrings Thandathi and here the Sawudi were fashion of previous generation, the longer the ear, the richer family ... now replaced by smaller ones in ear and nose.
I left her face natural untouched (only a soft bordered focus and no sharpening on the skin) as each age have their characteristics, we shouldn't be ashamed about that, no ?
PS
something total different from a jallikattu although taken at the Jallikattu festival.
A thought on the side:
enjoying life means daring to crop, same goes for photos, isn't it ?
