Ocean side living

The good - you get shots of texture woods with paint in various stages of peeling

The bad - The back of my house is starting to look like this door.

The really bad - similar rainy conditions without the benefit of the beautiful ocean sunrises.

I am really lucky to be living here, but paying for painting the house. ouch!

really like the texture of this... but not so good for whoever has to do the sanding-down and repainting. :-)
