R.I.P Misha Pavelick

Graffiti is all over the Cathedral area of Regina. These young artists really do have talent.
I visit Jim Larkin's Pbase site everyday not only to see the image he captures but for the
great story that follows. Some days there is just a name he gives the image but most days
there is a great story. I happened to see this great wall of graffiti today in the memory of
Misha Pavelick....and this falls right into Jim's story today
How will you be remembered? I don't know if Misha was a graffiti painter but I'm betting on it.
It's too bad these great artists can't find good paying jobs somewhere.
Some once said to me as I was photographing some graffiti on rail cars "it must cost lots of money for the paint" I said "ya us they steal it"
But this young man has left a "Legacy" good or bad........

Great PING to Jim's story. Some great talent there and now you have spread the legacy by posting...great find, Mike.

Nicely done Mike; as we place our images on-line for others - creating our own legacy.

that's some great work, I LOVE street art...

Recently my husband and I were out walking and the murals and graffiti were soooo much better than the art in the little galleries in the same neighborhood!
