What I call the golden bum ant, but usually known as the Golden Spiny Ant or Elegant spiny ant, Polyrhachis (Hagiomyrma) species of the subfamily Formicinae.

This adult is carrying an ant larvae in its jaws, and the papery looking packages it is standing on are the ant pupae :)
