Oscar is 19 years old and is a rising star in Boulder cycle racing groups. He is currently a member of the Wheatridge racing team and is coached by Adam. A short but strong, quietly polite fellow from Mexico, Oscar has an incredible power-to-weight ratio that made him a demon on the mountain passes. He very kindly let Stan beat him climbing up Freemont Pass, the last pass of the day.
