You certainly have a good eye for composition. The dialogue between the foreground ribbon and the out-of-focus (also red) barn is excellent. The lines and placement of the elements make it a very dynamic photo, despite being of a tranquil scene. It would have been interesting to see whether the wide format of the Leica would have been suited to this photo. You probably wouldn't have been able to get this shallow depth of field with the Leica, however.

That gate was made for that bow or...that bow was made for that gate...either way it's a perfect combination !

Love the combination of man made and nature's winter decorations. Great composition and dof and the splash of reds really makes this eye catching.
