Several months ago my Toshiba laptop just died on me. The power light would light up, but nothing at all worked on it. After awhile of just letting it sit, a friend of mine mentioned that her brother likes to work on computers and could look at it. He took it apart, cleaned it and put it back together and it worked! He didn't even charge us a thing, however we did buy a gift card for him as thanks.



This laptop has been all over Europe when I sent it with my college age daughter a few years ago, and it has really been a work horse. Thanks Steve and thanks Toshiba!
