Thank you for your beautiful message, and your kind thoughts, so many lives were changed that night and so many young girls and boys grew up very fast, there are no answers all we can do is remember the life he led and the courage of his parents and family.

I never met Justin, none the less, I feel as If I know him. On that tragic night in June, Justin, whether he knows it or not, our paths crossed. I was eating a late dinner that I had picked up on my way home from an exhausting day at work. Upon entering my condo, located on the corner of 77th street and Coastal Highway, I headed striaght for the couch, making only a brief stop by my balcony doors. Wishing for the intrussion of a cool summer breeze that often loiters, I swung the door open as a welcome gesture. However, faitfully, the only intrussion that visted me that night was one I am still haunted by to this very day. I spent that entire night on my balcony searching, demanding, for answers that may never come. And though I know, in some yet undefinable way that my life changed that night, I can't possibly comprehend the loss felt by his family and loved ones. Therfore, I wish to convey my deepest sympthony to Justin's parents and friends as they struggle to move on. And I hope they find some peace, no matter how little, in the knowledge that Justin will never be forgotten. Please know that Justin, despite no longer being with us, continues to touch lives. Even those he never knew. May god be with you, as I know Justin still is.
