After suffering a toothache all weekend I went to the Dentist. The big smile is not joy ... it masks stark FEAR. Prognosis... the patient will live.
And it is a composite. The sign was from outside, the receptionist took my picture, but I claim both photos now that they are combined.
And I'm not sure, but I think the woman in the background is sobbing after looking at my dental records!
