The Digitalnuts yahoo group is a hotbed of creativity and sharing. Gayle B won a competition using a similar technique. Unfortunately, the image with her instructions has been removed from the Digitalnuts Gallery. The following is all that remains of my interpretation of the instructions: I used a slightly different technique putting the Edges Color on a duplicate layer of the original, above the Simplify layer...then using Select/Color Range to remove some of the edges.
