It is a ground-floor, three-story building, forming a corner, designed by the architect Francesc Borrās i Soler from Reus , who directed it from Madrid where he had gone to live. The facade, with a classicist conception. The house was commissioned by Lluís Guardiola, married to Paula, a daughter of Josep Boule , on some land that the family owned in Carrer de Llovera , which at that time was already one of the city's main thoroughfares.In 1905, the Velocipedista Club had its social premises in the basement of the house. There was a large warehouse to store the 50 bicycles used by the members and in its premises gymnastics , fencing , billiards and other social games were practiced.
