Our order had been completely shopped with the shopper ready to check out of the grocery store.
However, mere moments before checkout, we got a phone call from Insta Cart.
Our shopper had a "medical emergency". Therefore, a new shopper would have to reshop the entire 48 item order.
Above is the message that we then received from our new Insta Cart shopper who had to start from scratch with her shopping. I'm not sure why since the first shopper already had everything when his "medical emergency" occurred.
Of course, not all the items were then available for the second shopper. But we're not starving.
