Home made Shoyu Ramen

It's pretty good, but not as good as going to a Ramen Shop with friends.
Haven't gone out for Ramen, or any other restaurant since March.

I would really enjoy that except for the inclusion of hard boiled eggs - they should be in a sandwich with mayo! I looked up the recipe!! It says a genuine ramen would take a chef three days to make!
