They're still not "best friends" yet.
However today on Day #3, Bailey has given in and now tolerates Bella. No more barking or trying to nip. Just indifference from Bailey. Giving Bailey even more extra attention, while we play with the new puppy, has worked to calm our Prima Donna Bailey. Meanwhile, Bella is willing to be friends when Bailey is ready. Bella likes everyone.

To put size into perspective, Bella is 2 pounds @ 4 1/2 months. Bailey is 2 1/2 pounds @ 3 1/2 years old. They're both very tiny. We're hoping that Bella will mature to be larger than Bailey.
