Castel Statue Menhir is a granite Menhir shaped and carved into a stylised female figure. This Menhir was discovered under the Chancel steps of the Castel parish church in 1878. It is 2m high of which 1.65m is visible. Such figures are generally known to belong to the late Neolithic or early bronze Age (c. 2500-1800BC).
