Clare ~ A Candid Photo of a Stranger

Clare and her cameraman from Channel 9 came to report on our floods. They were strangers, but not for long when we locals get to chatting...the twin boys are neighbours I've known since they were babies & Buddy the dog lives across the road...he's waiting for his master who was taken by boat across the water to move his car to higher ground...just as well as the water level rose another metre later that day.

Excellent photojournalism shot of a video journalist doing her job with the help of the neighborhood kids. I hope the water has subsided. Vote.

Australian reporters are more sensible than American reporters. The one I photographed decided to go knee deep in the flooded Thames.

Hard to tell if it is a road or a canal !

I hope the twins behaved, as I'm sure they would with neighbours keeping an eye on things..

So good to see the sunshine, fingers crossed the level drops as rapidly as it rose.
