Just weeks old, this young mountain goat on top of Utah's Mount Timpanogos must grow fast and strong to survive life in the coming winter. The mountain goats will stay near the top of the peaks through the extreme cold and snow, and survive on vegetation uncovered by powerful winds at the summit.

The herd will enjoy a very brief and beautiful season for a few short weeks.
