Sarlitza Pallas Hotel, Thermi.jpg

Kato Thermi, Lesvos

This hotel was built in 1909 adjacent to therapeutic hot
springs which had previously been used by the Romans. The
Turk sovereign Hassan Mola Mustafa commissioned French
architects to design the building and it was financed by
a Turkish businessman during the Ottoman period.
For 30 years it hosted kings, archbishops and celebrities
from all over the world before falling into disrepair in
1933. There is talk in Athens of restoring it.

Great POV and light for this beautiful old building. I think it would be stunning if they were to restore it. V.
