The Malmsbury Bridge is part of the Melbourne to Bendigo Line in country Victoria. Bendigo is 153 Kilometers from Melbourne.
Construction of the Melbourne Bendigo line was begun by the Melbourne, Mount Alexander and Murray River Railway Company, which was incorporated in 1852. The whole line was formally opened at Bendigo on 20 October 1862.
The VLocity train was introduced into service on the Bendigo line on February 24, 2006.The VLocity trains are sleek and smooth and a perfect way to sit back, relax and enjoy the landscape. The express service is just over 90 minutes from Melbourne.

Nice perspective and framing, its funny how I never associated Australia with trains, it looks like a scene from the UK!

Sound like a great way to take in the sights in a relaxed manner,Barbara...do like the featured viaduct arches, one can appreciate the construction needed, particularly back in 1852...V
