hippeastrum striatum

an ever growing species amaryllis. I've kept these bulbs going for many years, blooming now to cheer wintery January days!
A beautiful shade of apricot with a lemony star like center.
Shot against a snowy background showing through the sliding glass door.
I'll post the color image in my Winter gallery.
