Chase reported that the left rocket tip had a good chunk missing.
He also reported that the rocket, as it ascended, wobbled.
We kept using the rocket: this may explain the bad results.

The rocket on the right (with the tip restored w foam glue) is the
one that completely disappeared into the clouds the day before. We
found it and its tip, glued it up, and put it back into service.
