In Horsham Park.......the Park House Garden, opened by Lord Snowdon, specially designed for the enjoyment of disabled and visually impaired people. It has wide paths, fragrant flowers and an impressive sundial, 'Sungod', by John Skelton MBE, a well known local sculptor. The inscription reads, in Latin, "I count not the hours unless they be happy".
