This figure of a youth arranging his cloak stood at the corner of the west frieze where it turned on to the south. He stands at three-quarters to the spectator and, when the frieze was on the building, the swing of his left hip and the raised arm were intended to lead the eye around the corner to the horsemen of the south frieze.
