Figure 10 is mounted and wears only a short tunic. He is barefoot and his right foot is sketched delightfully in a very shallow relief on the far side of the horse. The lower left leg of 10 coincides awkwardly with the tail of the horse of the standing figure 9. He stands naked but for a cloak pinned at the neck and looks back down the frieze.
