Youth Hostel (Auberge de Jeunesse) in the Fort du Méné near Le Méné village.
The hostel is located in an old military fort. Most rooms have a sea view.
In 1994 a project started to brighten up the grey walls of the fort with artwork.
Through the years several artists have added murals (among them Hans von Döhren,
Yann Couvin and Pierre Josse). They were inspired by famous French painters,
writers and designers like Henri Matisse, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and Paul-Emile Pajot.
