Laura Hemlepp (my daughter), a junior who plays for the University of Akron,
steps in to hit a backhand during a doubles match against Cleveland State
University. Laura and her doubles partner, Kerry Langworthy, a sophomore
from Harare, Zimbabwe, won the doubles match, 8-2, to help Akron to a 4-3
victory in a dual match played indoors at Latuchie Tennis Center in Stow, Ohio.
