National Museum of African American History and Culture

The last part of the US Botanic Garden’s Season’s Greenings display featured plant-based D.C. landmarks in the Garden Court. Some of them I had photographed last year but am posting new pictures of them here.

This is the relatively recently opened National Museum of African American History and Culture, also a new display in this exhibit of Washington monuments.

Wampum, posted earlier.

Very nice and bright, why they build, if not more of these nice buildings, instead of the ugly building lovely images Helen BV

The feature is so ornate and pretty. The poinsettias give the scene a holiday feel.
