National Museum of the American Indian

We also visited the National Museum of the American Indian, a relatively new Smithsonian museum that I had toured after it first opened. I remember not liking it much then, and still am not enamored with it, although some of the displays are interesting.

It is a very interesting looking building even if the inside isn’t too fascinating. Great capture of the curves. V

I don't think it looks like anything that makes me think of Indians. Even cliff dwellers. Cool architecture, but not what I would expect. Great photo though. V

so curvaceous...native Americans had a rich culture, so there should be compelling displays inside too..
