This is my friend Marion, who I worked with in San Francisco some 35 years ago. She had visited us in Washington in 1988, and Tim took a picture of us with the Capitol in the background. There was snow on the ground, and we both had long blue trench coats on, looking like Eastern European refugees, as Marion puts it. She brought that old picture with her on this visit (which I can’t reproduce with no scanner), and wanted to take a new one. So here it is.
