What, no tako-yaki??

Tako-yaki (grilled octopus) is a favorite all over Japan and is commonly sold at street concessions. Not something I would eat, but I imagine these people would and were disappointed the vendor wasn’t there.

Oh, this is great, , the customer does look disappointed ! Nicely captured too. I recall fondly eating in Shinjuku, Yakitori (Grilled Chicken Skewers) Delicious. V

Beautiful street scene Helen. I never eat octopus, but maybe it's very delicious.

I don't mind the octopus but I prefer the other grilled foods. A colourful stand.

Great candid image, Helen! The subjects do look to be wondering "When will that vendor return?" V.
