La Rambla, portrait artist

The packers have finally left for the day but will be back tomorrow and Wednesday to finish up. We have had many moves over the course of my husband's career as a diplomat, but this one has to be the most wrenching for me. It's a great city and country, we've traveled all over Hungary as well as to new places in Europe, our house and property are more luxurious than anywhere we've ever lived (or will live again!) and our household staff have made life so effortless for us and have become friends in the process. We're all sort of teary eyed around here now, knowing we'll have to say goodbye in a few days. None of us can believe that three years have passed so quickly. And now on to Saudi Arabia...

Your POV is very well chosen here. The view is spectacular and shows the artists skills very well.
I'm pretty sure that you will show us the beauty of Saudi Arabia.

A very nice capture of this artist.
Your photography these past three years has certainly been a reflection of the wonderful time you have had in Hungary. You have seen so many beautifully things and have shared them so generously with all of us. I think I will miss you living there as well! I will be interested to see and learn about Saudi Arabia with you. Hope to see you while you are in the States. V

A wonderful portrait of the artist at work. I like the model over one shoulder, and the work over the other. It parallels with your move, the experience now and the experience yet to come. "V"
