I realize that reindeer is part of the culture here, but to somebody from California it's fascinating, like I only used to associate reindeer with Santa. There was reindeer meat in the markets, reindeer delicacies, reindeer stuffed animals, reindeer skins for sale, stuffed reindeer heads -- everything. I was never brave enough to sample it myself, but maybe next time!
