This was a guild for Riga's German artisans. It was less prestigious than the Great Guild of the city's merchants, but had a more beautiful building. The Great Guild today is a concert hall.

I had originally identified another picture as the guild hall, but after realizing something was wrong and a lot of research this morning, have found the right picture. The other one is a beautiful commercial building across the street.
