This building is part of the same three-house row as Blance Kelso Bruce's house, but this one still has some work to be done. It's odd, because it looks like the interior of the building has been restored and is in use, but they have neglected to restore the mansard roof, which is a shame, because if they don't soon, they'll lose the details.
