Still Life - Inspired by an exhibition at the National Gallery - Michel Campeau:Icons of Obsolescense.

My husband's first camera at age six was a Brownie Reflex. This camera was found for him
by our daughter at an antique store as were the binoculars (we're not antiques!).
The photo is by his father taken in 1960 when a Great Blue Heron wasn't as common and bird
photography wasn't as popular.

A SUPER well composed still life image Linda. Most of us probably had our pictures taken with a "Brownie" in the past.

Love this nostalgic still life, very gracefully and beautifully photographed. I remember the old Brownies, my first camera too!
