A "Lifer" for me. An other stray bird that to my knowledge has not been recorded for our area previously. It has been spotted in the same area for several days now, at a location only a 20 minute walk from my house. I was fortunate to see it late this afternoon. I also re-spotted the very rare (for our area) Little Egret again this morning after not having seen it for over a week. It was foraging for food, alongside a Great Egret, in a park not far from my house.
