This shot of the Egret fishing was taken with my camera not functioning properly; hence, the dark background. At least the whites were not blown-out. I could have isolated the Egret, and lightened the bg, but this would have resulted in considerable noise as the ISO was at my maximum setting of 3200. The light was good; hence, the ISO should have been less than 500. I rather like the image as is.
