This is kind of funny. We have a red merle Australian Shephard and she picks fights
with the other dogs. She has bloodied the two males on more than one occasion. Our
vet said the guys should just realize she is waving a red flag and they should not
get in her way. He even recommended couples counselling for she and our older male.
We had some really knock down drag out fights and I have been bitten when trying to
separate the dogs.

Finally the oldest male dog had enough and got the better of Annie. She pretends she
is alpha dog and he goes along with the ruse, but in reality Roo, the older male, is
now the alpha dog though Annie is the pretender to the crown.
