wall flowers ii

Flower picture taken at the home of Henry Clay, Ashland, in Lexington, KY.
They have a really beautiful formal garden. I combined the flower image with
a picture of a peeling wall on one of their buildings. I used different layer
modes, curves, levels to get colors I liked.

Your experiments and work on "wall flowers" are fascinating. I think this one is my favourite so far, because od the textture and the nuances.
Creative, delicate and melancholy

I shall have to try this.... a touch of old and I live the toning. Very well done.

I don't know how you do that.. it's gorgeous.. such texture given to the flower that is like an old-fashioned treatment
