My SP for Friday.

I want to respond to the question, "what are you trying to say?". In some ways I don't think it matters what I am trying to say. I hope most of the images I take and MAKE (this is a made image) allow the viewer to bring their own interpretation. If one of my images makes you stop and wonder, I feel I have succeeded.

This image served a lot of purposes for me. It was fun and yes, I was learning. I am realtively new to the world of composite images and it is a skill I WANT desparately to learn. So, I acquired some PS techniques via online classes, bought some books and I play with applying my new skills in ways that I enjoy. I mostly fiddle and try again to get something that is pleasing to my eye. I think I am still too constrained in my attempts, but I just keep plowing forward.

Also, I am a bit shy especially when it comes to my own image and new to this SP thing. So this image allowed me to show Rene sort of and not reveal too much. BUT, I do love nature and plants and of course my 3 dogs and husband. In fact my computer is named Druid. It is sort of a joke, but not entirely that that is a name I would choose for a very technical piece of eletronics.
