I read what John down under had to say, whilst I agree with his comments I really like what you have done with this one, basically what I'm trying to say is I really like your artistic interpretation of the original image, I think it works. Well done.

Nice effect Rene. However, two things to keep in mind. One is that the reflection line in this kind of thing will never be straight in nature, so it looks manufactured here. The second one is that a reflection is always dimmer than the subject being reflected, so you need to tone the reflection down through curves or levels if you want to make it more realistic. Making the reflection brighter than the original as you have done it is the wrong way around. That said, great job on the ripple effect in the water and the image has good impact.
