Extremely well captured shot. A calming place to sit and collect ones thoughts. I like the textures of the wall too. But the blue chair and door certinley make the shot.

This is as the image was shot. I did not piece it together. It was all as is. I removed a little piece of vine and that was it. Guess it was all in the shade and thus no shadows.--Rene

I like the idea of a cat on the chair. The one thing that bothers me is that I think there should be just a little separation between the top of the chair and the door. I wish I had changed my angle a bit or perhaps even moved the chair just a bit.--Rene

IMO the image is quite good, it has this old house feeling. I think that compostion is good with the chair being the center piece, the door and the wall supporting it very well, I also think that including the hanging branch at the top was a very vise move, it adds a character to the image. I like the colours, strong blue of the door makes the image more impactufull. I think that the door, wall and the plant have this cosy, country style feeling to them, however the chair with it's plastic seat and somewhat modern floor don't. Also the dirth on the floor towards the left is distracting. What IMO would make it a very good image would be better light creating more shadows and better textures and an old person or even a cat on the chair. The image needs to be sharper.

You do chairs better than anyone I know, Rene. I love all your chairs.
You should think about doing dogs, too. :>)
