Rene; All three are brilliant! The contrast looks good to me , though this one looks a bit close the the edge of highlights in the moss in the middle. I had similar issues in my recent Hoh Rainforest set of IR. (included in this gallery:http://www.pbase.com/tjod/olypen )
The first thing I do when processing that seems to help with overall contrast in IR images is to set the black level to one step below the threshold (I use Adobe Elements 7 with ACR 5.4 for RAW). In that case the "beyond black" is set to turn bright blue in the viewer. I set the black to the point where I see the blue appear, then turn it down until the last bright blue pixel disappears. The I adjust brightness, contrast, etc, straighten, and crop if needed, then open the image in the regular editor. 16-bit all the way until the final save.
