Hanging thingie

Did I mention that this lens is sharp?!? All copies of this lens I have tried is equal to, if not better than the 50mm f1.4.

That is really nice to know. It is so much cheaper to get a 55/1.8 than a 50/1.4 when I know I'll probably never use more than f2. Or at least I hope it is cheaper. The prices on ebay seem to\be rising. I think too many people are watching this page..... :)

The original K-Mount 55mm f1.8 or the f2.0 lens is a copy of the M42 design. The Takumar (super or SMC) 50mm f1.4 also has excellent bokeh. In fact, it's one of the 50mm lenses with the best bokeh.

I don't suppose you know if the k mount 55/1.8 also has such beautiful bokeh? that picture really is imrpressive.
