This bridge is one of the many that cross the Don River, but none are more colourful or artistic as this one. This art, titled Time And a Clock, created by Eldon Garnet in 1996, consists of three parts. The clock on the bridge and the river of text on Queen Bridge over Don River. On top of the bridge it says "This river I step in is not the river I stand in"; the second part is four embedded text on time, on the corners of the side walk of Broadview and Queen; the third part is the four pennant of time on Queen St. & Empire Avenue.
