--"This picture was taken in the Dream Gap section of the Generation Gap of the North Fork of the American River. It is a 12 mile stretch continuing into the Giant Gap section of 16 miles of Class IV-V. A group of friends from Wilderness Adventures (www.wildrivertrips.com) decided to go endure the 3 hour hike in to do a two-day trip for fun. By the time the they got there got the boat off, we had considered potential campsites along the cliffs (aka river bank)."
